Preventive Maintenance and Periodic Electrical Testing

Our thermal scanning inspections are performed using proper inspection tools and professional-grade infrared equipment under live operating conditions to detect overheating connections, abnormal temperature rise, and developing issues within electrical equipment. After each inspection, we provide a detailed report outlining observed conditions, priority items, and recommendations for correction or continued monitoring, giving the building a clearer picture of what requires attention now and what should be tracked over time.
